Who's your Daddy?

Sox take first 5 of 6, and keep Yanks in the basement. The spanking continued on Sunday with the Sox getting the better of Wang and the overused bullpen. The Yanks are a Tampa Bay like 6 1/2 games out in April, yes April. And by the way, Tampa Bay is looking down on you...
-
The Sox have the major's best record and 3rd in pitching. The Yanks boast second in runs, but are sitting way back in 27th in pitching. We'll take pitching thank you. The Yanks now take their 3-8 road record - on the road.

It's an April to remember for Sox fans. It's too bad we don't see the Yanks for 3 more weeks. Back to Yankee Stadium for another whoopin, can wait...

My man Jonathan P. - 0 and 2 on Travis Buck (212 B.A.) - 2 run home run. Helping the Yankees the best way he can.....

It's these kind of moments we cherish the most.

Riiiiight. This from our guy who had only given up 2 hits all season.

Send us a note when Mo gets his era under 10.

By the way, are you still cherishing last place?

Face it, you guys are cursed this season. Now, your rookie phenom takes a no hitter into the 7th and pulls a hammy. Damon is up next on the injury express and poor Pettite must think his ticket will be punched next. All aboard!

This might be the first July that the Yanks start unloading instead of reloading...

cursed??????????????????????
well, you should know:))))))))

Hughes will be back, and if you remember, he isn't even part of the starting rotation. The bats are back and roaring (staff: "Oh, it's against Texas - one of the worst teams in league" - I don't care), do you really think we won't catch up to you? Get real, man get real - it is only May 2nd.

Who is part of your starting rotation anyway?

Pettite - he's an injury waiting to happen

Wang - still not back to 2006 form

Mussina - just returning from injury, prone to hammy flare ups

Igawa - was already pulled from the rotation

#5) Wright? Who else isn't hurt? You really should take Pavano out back & shoot him...

You don't have an ace or true #1. Having the best offense will only get you so far - like last place for instance.

Can you think of a shakier rotation in recent memory? It's one thing if you need to hang on for a while, but they haven't even started. Sox have 3 starters with an era under 3.1 and are 4th in offense in AL.

Concentrate on getting to .500 at least before you can say - we'll catch you man.
